Sunbird Coffee was born in the lush hills of Rwanda, where coffee farming is a cherished tradition. Founders Illiminee Mukamanzi and Gaudence Mukangabo grew up in a family that managed Gasharu Coffee, learning both the craft of cultivation and the challenges faced by women in rural areas. Motivated to create change, they founded Sunbird Coffee a brand that blends excellence with purpose.
